As part of our parish’s ongoing efforts to maintain an up-to-date database to facilitate timely communications, we appreciate if parishioners can take some time to fill in the form that applies to you:

1. You are new to parish; or

2. Have been attending one of our communities but have not filled in a parish census card in the past 3 years; or
I haven't fill a parish census card in the past 3 years

 
3. Your personal details, e.g. contact number or address, have changed since filling in the parish census card; or
Update my details
 
4. You are no longer attending one of Holy Trinity Parish communities.
