Website - Change Management Process

The Holy Trinity Parish website is considered an important resource to daily operations of the Parish and as such is subject to change management procedures to ensure that the content in the website
is accurate and appropriate. Below are the general guidelines and procedures we have adopted for submitting approved changes to the  website. If you wish to request for a change to the website, please fill out the online form.

General Guidelines and Procedure

• Website change request must be submitted via emailed to Parish Coordinator.
• Types of change requests;
  1. structural change,
  2. content change,
  3. visual imagery change.
• The Parish Coordinator is responsible to;
  1. review online submission change request,
  2. table request at Parish Coordinators meeting for discussion & approval,
  3. saves record of change request in digital form,
  4. inform person who placed online request of outcome.
